Class descriptions

1)      Box Mania- Studio A is the first fitness center/business in Michigan to hold Box Mania classes, taught by Master Trainer, Alyssa Rahn. It is a great cardio class that uses martial arts to work your entire body. It includes combinations, punching drills and so much more on a handheld target. The only way to see what I mean is to TRY IT… you will LOVE it!!

2)      Bootcamp- High intensity cardio and strength training drills. You are sure to leave a puddle of sweat behind you.

3)      Sculpt- A strength training class to help build muscle while incinerating fat.

4)      Yoga- Low key, soothing, and relaxing class that stretches the muscles. It will leave you sleepy, but you will be sweating through to the end.

5)      Circuit- It is a style of training that will include stations for strength training and cardio conditioning.

6)      ABSolutely core- 30 minute class strictly for training the core muscles. Core muscles keep you balanced, when strong they help to prevent back and neck pain.

7) All 30 minute classes- We change it up! Some days it is a low key stretch, strength, or cardio... anything can happen!

8) Zumba- Latin inspired dancing. It is great cardio!

9) Mommy/Daddy and Me!! I'm excited about this class, it will help teach the kids what being healthy is all about. The class will consist of different exercise routines. Some classes we will do Box Mania, other classes will be filled with body weight exercises and some cardio. The main focus of this class is to get the kids moving, having fun, and give you a good workout. :)
