Biggest Loser Challenge

Have you been waiting to make a change? Maybe you had a New Year's Resolution that went a little haywire? Don't worry! Starting February 4th we will be holding a "Biggest Loser Challenge"... I wish I could have come up with something more original, but I'm not very creative. :)
What is the Biggest Loser Challenge exactly? The challenge will go for 3 months (It takes 90 days to see real results), there will be biweekly weigh ins, a Facebook challenge page for all the challengers, I will be posting daily motivationals and tips on the challenge page, we will work on your nutrition and exercise, and there will be prizes!!
How will the winner be judged? The winners must show commitment throughout the whole challenge, lost the most weight, inches, and body fat %.
Prizes

1st place: 2 months free membership

2nd place: 1 month free membership

3rd place: $10 off of 1 month membership

Guidelines

  • Attend 1 weigh in every other week
  • Attend 3 classes per week
  • Post your food and exercise log to the challenge page or send it to Alyssa
  • Participate in the challenge group when Alyssa asks you to. (There won't be anything crazy or time consuming)
  • Have a monthly membership
  • Talk with Alyssa about your goals
  • BELIEVE IN YOURSELF!
